1. General Refund Terms

Refunds are available for the first 7 days after the initial purchase of our services, including digital products and subscription plans.

After this 7-day period, no refunds will be issued, except under exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Subscription Services

If you subscribe to any of our ongoing services (e.g., Website Maintenance, Facebook Ads Management), the following conditions apply:

7-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within the first 7 days of the subscription if you are not satisfied with the service provided.

Non-Refundable After 7 Days: Once the first 7 days have passed, refunds for subscription services are no longer available. However, you may cancel future billing to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

3. One-Time Services and Digital Products

For services such as website development, funnel creation, or digital product purchases (e.g., eBooks, templates):

Digital Products: All digital products (like our "600+ Canva Element Keyword List") are non-refundable after download due to the nature of the product being accessible instantly.

One-Time Services: Payments made for one-time services (such as a landing page creation or custom website design) are non-refundable after the project has been initiated, unless otherwise agreed upon during the consultation stage.

4. How to Request a Refund

Reason for the refund request

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, the payment will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
